Dr. Deepak Dogra is currently Professor of Organization Behavior and prior to this he has also served as Director of a Business Research Centre and Consulting Partner of a business consulting organization. He draws more than 20 years of experience in multi-national and Indian companies having experience of transforming businesses through application of mature business practices pursuing the tenets of continuous improvement and leadership skills including: Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, Cross-cultural Management and Diversity Management. He has also conducted Executive Development Programmes for organizations like Siemens, ONGC, IFFCO, KRNL etc.
He did his Ph.D in Business Management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He is currently President of Department of Management Studies Alumni Association, IIT Delhi.
He has authored eleven books and published research papers in various international and national journals. He is founder Editor-in-Chief of Fortune Journal of International Management. He has presented papers in countries like Germany, France and Singapore. He is also a professional member of various national and international organizations. He was convener of ‘IMPACT-2000: International Convention on Technology and Management Solutions for the New Millennium’, New Delhi, convener ‘National Knowledge Management Conference’, New Delhi during the year 2002, convener ‘National Conference on ‘Management Education Ahead: Creative and Innovative Perspective’, New Delhi during the year 2005 and Conference Director of ‘Diversity & Inclusion: Can India Maximize Corporate Power from Diverse Workforce’ in the year 2011. In addition to consultancy for the public as well as private companies, as Member of Siemens Global Knowledge Management Council he was responsible for strategizing Community of Practice (CoP) for Asia-Pacific Region.
He was member Senate of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He was awarded ‘Outstanding Award for the Year 1999-2000’ by the Indian Institute Technology Delhi, felicitated by the International Rotary Club Gurgaon during the year 2003 and was felicitated at the Rashtrapti Bhavan by the President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in 2007.
