Advanced learning requires students to construct a conceptual framework which allows them to integrate and organize new knowledge and information into a coherent structure. I strive to be responsive to the changing classroom dynamic and to students' particular learning needs. To accomplish this I create a classroom climate that fosters thoughtful and respectful consideration of alternative viewpoints and ideas, the ability to think about the ongoing paradigm shift in marketing from a transactional to a relationship orientation.
Prof. Anshu Goel is pursuing PhD on Consumer Behavior from University of Mysore under the guidance of Dr. Shriprakash. She is a Science graduate; and done post graduation in management, M.Phil in Marketing, diploma in Export management from IMT CDL Ghaziabad. Her core subjects for teaching are Consumer Behavior, Services Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications and Retail Management. She has been associated with leading management Institutions in NCR for last 15 years; and is credited for bringing in several innovative practices leading to holistic development of budding managers. The research interest motivated her to present the research papers in various International and National Seminars and conferences at the Institutes of high repute, She also Contributed a book chapter "Dynamics of Underdevelopment of Uttar Pradesh" published by Bloomsbury Publishing India Pvt.LTD.
