Archana Tyagi received the M.A degree in Psychology from BHU, India and Diploma in Medical & Social Psychology (D.M. & S.P), from Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi, India. She has experience of nearly 18 years in the areas of teaching, management development program’s and research. She was a professor of OB/HR in IMT, Ghaziabad (India) for nearly 14 years (1993-2007). She was the chairperson of both the HR and Business Communication program and the Executive Management program. She has publications in refereed national and international journals and has also authored a book on Organizational Behavior.

Archana Tyagi’s major research interests are in the areas of training and development, personality profile identification through MBTI & Neo five factor tests, Human Resource practices, Performance Management, Organizational culture, Identity and Identity crisis and Social Media & HR. She is an Accredited Trainer of MBTI & Step II (Expanded Analysis Report (EAR)), DISC and Entrepreneurial Motivation Training (EMT) from NIESBUD. She received assessor certification on Competency Mapping by SHL, UK and was also awarded certification by 'Grid International Inc'. She has conducted workshops, training programs for public and private sector organizations extensively.

Archana Tyagi is associated with University of Business and International Studies (UBIS), Geneva as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the area of OB/HRM, since 2007.

Archana Tyagi is also associated with ‘Coach for Peace’ (an international nonprofit association), in Geneva, where she conducted MBTI Workshops.

Archana Tyagi is a member of the Editorial Policy Board of ‘Drishtikon: A Management Journal’.
