Atul Sharma received the B.E. (Honors) Civil Engineering Degree from BITS, Pilani, M.A.(English) from University of Madras, and MBA from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem. He has now been involved for twenty eight years in industry, teaching, management development programs and theatre.  Atul Sharma is presently Senior Associate Professor and Chairman (Placements) at Galgotias Business School, Greater Noida.
Atul Sharma is associated, as a resource person, for management development programs for senior government officials, at the National Institute of Administrative Research (NIAR) and the Centre for Disaster Management (CDM), at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussorie.
Atul Sharma is also faculty for management development programs conducted for industry professionals by Konrad Adeneaur Stiftung (Germany) and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (New Delhi).
Atul Sharma also conducts regular in company training programs for industry.

Atul Sharma’s areas of interest include Business Communication, Personal Effectiveness and Life Skills, Leadership & Team Building, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Stress Management, Cross Cultural Management, Business Etiquette, Total Quality Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Operations Management and Theatre & Communication.

Atul Sharma launched the management development program – Business Communication through Theatre Technique at MDI, Gurgaon.

Atul Sharma is presently working on methods and techniques to increase the employability skills of students from non-English speaking backgrounds.
