This year U21Global, Singapore join hands with IMT-Centre for Distance Learning, India to organise 3rd Virtual Conference on Social Media Appplications for Business, Learning and Society.

VCOBAM is a virtual conference which is held online in real time using a web conferencing tool.  First held in the year 2009, this conference harnesses the potential of internet to bring high quality intellectual discourse at extremely low cost.  Having successfully executed twice, VCOBAM 2012 is all set to raise its scale and services.
