Dr. Parikshit Joshi

Dr. Parikshit Joshi holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical & Electronics from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. He earned his MBA from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, in 2007, followed by a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (HRD) from the same university in 2010. He qualified for the UGC NET examination in 2012 and completed the Faculty Development Programme in Management (FDPM) at IIM Ahmedabad, where he is recognized as a distinguished alumnus. With over 17 years of teaching experience, Dr. Joshi is a seasoned academic specializing in HR Analytics, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management, contributing significantly to the field through his expertise and insights.

Dr. Joshi’s research interests focus on the “implications of disruptive technology for sustainable development” and the “exploration of dark personality traits in organizational settings”. He has published more than 40 research papers in prestigious journals, including those categorized under ABDC A, B, and C, as well as Web of Science (SSCI and SCI) and Scopus-indexed journals. His scholarly contributions extend to authoring and co-authoring four books, such as “A Roadmap to Scientific Research in Social Science” and “Diagnosing Organizational Culture in Higher Education Institutions,” which have become essential resources for students and professionals alike.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Joshi has actively engaged in consultancy projects, demonstrating the practical application of his research. Noteworthy projects include an impact assessment at Prayatn Seth Vidhyalaya in New Delhi and a passenger satisfaction survey at IGI Airport. These projects highlight his ability to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Dr. Joshi is deeply committed to training and capacity building, conducting programs tailored for both industry professionals and the academic community. For the industry, he delivers training on employee engagement, time management, and spreadsheet modelling, equipping professionals with practical skills to enhance workplace efficiency and decision-making. For academia, he conducts specialized workshops for research scholars, academicians, and students, focusing on Bibliometric Analysis (using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny), systematic literature reviews, academic writing, and proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, AMOS, and Smart PLS. These sessions are designed to strengthen research capabilities and foster high-quality academic output.
