IMT CDL organized a virtual session on Friday, August 2, 2025, titled “Opportunities for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs: Role of IMT Ghaziabad Incubator.” The event aimed to guide students and aspiring founders on the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support offered by the IMT Ghaziabad Incubator.
Dr. Bharti Singh opened the session, introducing the Innovation Council’s initiatives in ideation and design thinking. Mr. Chandrabhan Singh Nathawat, Incubator Head and startup co-founder, shared valuable insights on mentorship, funding access, and startup growth strategies.
He discussed real-world challenges faced by early ventures, highlighting the importance of market understanding, team strength, and adaptability. Students and alumni also shared how incubator support helped refine their business ideas.
The session emphasized learning through experience, resilience in failure, and the 3Ps of success viz, Patience, Persistence, and Perseverance. It concluded with an engaging Q&A, motivating participants to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in both startups and corporate roles.
Under Mr. Nathawat’s leadership, the IMT Ghaziabad Incubator continues to empower innovators through mentorship, ecosystem support, and a strong “learning by doing” philosophy.
