IMT CDL hosted an engaging virtual workshop on Sunday, August 31, 2025, titled “Learn Marketing Automation Secrets from Clicks to Customers Automatically.” Dr. Vivek Singh Tomar opened the session, followed by an introduction of the guest speaker, Mr. Ashish Khare, Head of Content, Creative, and Media at MyGov India and a seasoned digital marketing leader with over 25 years of experience.
Mr. Khare shared how marketing automation leverages data, AI, and CRM integration to create personalised customer journeys. He discussed Full Funnel Optimisation, Omnichannel Communication, and Emotional Intelligence in Marketing through practical examples from insurance, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
Participants explored AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Lumen for campaign creation and learned about government initiatives supporting startups and digital upskilling. The session concluded with key takeaways on data-driven marketing, personalisation, and the importance of continuous learning in the AI-driven marketing landscape.
