On Sunday, 30th November 2025 (09:30–17:30), a full-day Leadership Development Workshop was conducted for the passing-out batch. The program opened with welcome remarks and a safety briefing by Dean Academics, Prof. (Dr) Ashok Sharma. Facilitated by Dr Parikshit Joshi and Dr Nidhi Mathur, the session focused on Emotional Intelligence, Johari Window, feedback, empathy, and collaboration. Through interactive caselets, simulations, and consensus-building exercises, participants practiced decision-making, negotiation, and influence without authority. The workshop concluded with reflective insights, action planning, and a Valedictory Session with certificate distribution, reinforcing leadership readiness and workplace applicability.
