On Sunday, 21st December 2025, IMT CDL Ghaziabad hosted an online masterclass on AI-driven personalisation, focusing on how AI is reshaping customer journeys, transforming engagement, and driving data-backed business revenue. The event opened with welcome remarks by Dr. Keerti Jain, followed by the introduction of the speaker, Mr. Vaishnav Mishra, Associate Director – Data Science at CARS24, who explained shifts from deterministic to probabilistic AI models, ethical guardrails for responsible AI, and emerging data-centric career trajectories. Using fintech examples, he showcased predictive modelling, bureau feature-based risk profiling, and organisational challenges such as data readiness. Participants also explored automation, generative AI, and the balance between machine scalability and human empathy. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A addressing job transitions, carbon footprints, ethical implications, and future skill pathways.
