IMT CDL hosted Episode 13 of the “Alumni Achievers Speak” series on Saturday, September 20, 2025, featuring Mr. Honey Charnalia, Founder & Director of Riu Global Services Pvt. Ltd., in conversation with Dr. Ashok Sharma, Dean Academics. The virtual session inspired students to adopt an action-oriented mindset and turn ideas into tangible results.
Mr. Charnalia, an award-winning IMT CDL alumnus with 16+ years of global experience, shared his journey from a corporate career to global entrepreneurship. He emphasized execution over perfection, consistency, and emotional intelligence, drawing lessons from experiences like a failed café venture during COVID-19.
The session highlighted the importance of mentorship, persistence, and digital platforms, including a story of a mentee gaining 30,000 LinkedIn followers in a month through consistent effort. Concluding with the message “ideas are cheap, execution is everything,” the session left students motivated with practical insights to act decisively and transform their ideas into reality.
