  • How can I get information on class schedule?
  • Class schedule is updated in the Student Learning Management System in which each student has a separate login.
  • What is the mode of conducting the classes?
  • Our unique hybrid learning model consists of live online sessions, Personal Contact Program (PCP), recorded lectures, audio videos clips, case studies, interactive quizzes and review tools.
  • From where can I attend the class?
  • You can attend the live lectures online from your home/workplace or you can attend the PCP sessions conducted at IMT CDL Head Office at Ghaziabad.
  • What is the duration of the class?
  • Duration of a class is generally 3 hrs.
  • How to attend the online class?
  • Link for online class will be shared with the student on the registered email ID a day before the scheduled session. Student is required to click on the provided link on the scheduled date and time to attend the live lecture.
  • What is Personal contact Program (PCP)?
  • Personal Contact Program is face to face sessions conducted by IMT CDL faculty members only at IMT CDL Head Office, Ghaziabad.
  • Is there any fee for attending online lectures/PCP?
  • No, there is no separate fee for the classes.
  • What is the system requirement to attend the online class?
  • Student should have a laptop with windows OS 7.0 or above with a webcam and speaker. Minimum 512 kbps constant internet bandwidth is recommended.
  • Can I attend the online class from my Mobile/Tablet?
  • Students may attend the session from smartphones.
  • What if I am unable to attend the class?
  • Recording of online classes gets uploaded on Student Learning Management System which can be viewed by the student any time.
  • Is it mandatory to attend classes?
  • Students are advised to attend classes however it is not mandatory.
  • Will I receive any study material?
  • Student will receive the e-books as well as hard copy of the study material.
  • In how many days will I get the study material if I am a new admission?
  • Study Material gets uploaded in Learning Management System (Edu-genie) before the commencement of classes. However, the Hard Copy of the Study Material gets dispatched to the student’s address as updated in records within a week after the Roll Number is generated. Roll number will be generated after the receipt of relevant documents required at the time of admission.
  • In how many days will I get the study material in case of higher semester admission?
  • Study Material gets uploaded in Learning Management System (Edu-genie) before the commencement of classes. However, the Hard Copy of the Study Material gets dispatched to the student’s address as updated in records within a week time after the payment of re-admission fee.
  • Whether a Student can opt for Dual Specialization and how?
  • Admission in Dual Specialization (for Two Year PGDM enrolled students only) can be taken immediately before completion of the 4th semester of the program with the applicable fee by selecting any one out of five remaining specialization areas.
  • What assessments are to be taken in Dual Specialization?
  • Student needs to appear for assignments and examinations. No Project work has to be taken in Dual Specialization.
  • When is the mark sheets issued?
  • Mark sheets are issued on an annual basis after completion of 1st year and 2nd year. Student can download e-Mark Sheets from SIS Login within two months after declaration of results.
  • How can I obtain hard copy of mark sheets?
  • e-Mark sheet is valid for all official purposes. However, in special circumstances a hard copy of a mark sheet can be issued to you. Please submit a demand draft of Rs. 500/- in favor of “IMT CDL” payable at Ghaziabad and courier it to IMTCDL Head Office along with an application to the Exam Department.
  • How can I obtain a duplicate mark sheet?
  • Student can send in the request to exams@imtcdl.ac.in. e-Mark sheet will be emailed on the registered email Id.
  • When will I receive my Diploma?
  • Diploma will be dispatched to the student at the correspondence address mentioned in records within six months after declaration of result. Please ensure that your correct correspondence address is updated in SIS.
  • I have lost/misplaced my Diploma. How can I get duplicate copy of Diploma?
  • Application form (available on request) for copy of Duplicate Diploma should be submitted to Exam Department along with following documents:
    1. First Information Report (FIR) lodged at the nearest police station by the student Specifying loss of Diploma/Degree
    2. Undertaking/Indemnity bond
    3. Payment of processing fee of Rs. 1000/- through Demand draft drawn in favor of IMT CDL payable at Ghaziabad.
  • How to get a Migration certificate?
  • Migration Certificate will be issued on payment of Rs.500/- through DD in favor of IMT-CDL, payable at Ghaziabad. Send the DD along with an application to IMT CDL Head Office.
  • How to get TRANSCRIPTS?
  • For transcripts student has to submit the photocopies of the required sets of documents and an application (with address and contact details) along with the DD in favor of IMT CDL, payable at Ghaziabad) of the applicable amount. Charges applicable are:
    1. Up to 5 copies – Rs. 500/-
    2. From 6-10 copies – Rs. 1000/-
    3. 11 and above – Rs. 1500/-
  • Do we get a Provisional Certificate after completion of the course?
  • For Provisional Certificate student has to send in the request to academics@imtcdl.ac.in.
